Where do Frostkit products ship from?
Our current launch collection is fulfilled by CARZILLA in Calgary, Alberta. The fulfillment location is also stated on each product page.
How much is shipping?
Available Canadian shipping services and their prices are calculated at checkout using the supplier's current rates. You can review the complete cost before paying.
How long does delivery take?
The supplier typically dispatches within two business days. Transit commonly varies from a few business days in major centres to longer for Atlantic, rural, remote and northern addresses. Checkout estimates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Will there be customs charges?
The current launch collection is fulfilled within Canada for Canadian delivery. If Frostkit adds a cross-border product in the future, its product page and checkout will identify the applicable fulfillment and delivery terms.
Why does a product show out of stock?
Inventory is synchronized with the supplier through Shopify Collective. A product can temporarily display as unavailable while the supplier updates stock or while Frostkit completes required store activation checks.
Can I return an item?
Eligible unused products can be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Read the Refund Policy before requesting a return.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Frostkit is currently being configured for Canadian customers. Other markets will be considered only after the Canadian order flow is fully verified.
