Eligible items can be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Email natiqsales@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. For damage, defects or an incorrect item, include clear photos.
Do not send an item directly to Frostkit or the supplier before receiving return authorization and instructions. Approved returns use the label and destination provided through the return process.
